Job Details -
Responsibilities - Update ISC Teammates' attendance in Workforce Management System. - Create schedules for ISC Teammates off phone development sessions - Monitor real time data and call volume to ensure on and off the phone activities are efficiently managed throughout the day. - Administer intraday staffing changes as needed based on the business needs. - Assist in management of overtime or voluntary time off. - Monitor service level metrics daily. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum of 2 years in a call center environment. - Workforce Management experience preferred. - Ability to learn different systems and handle multiple projects or tasks quickly. - Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure. - Ability to prioritize and organize effectively. - Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment. - Must be goal-driven with a resilient and positive attitude.
