Due to the nature of the role, we are only able to leverage W2 candidate; C2C and vendor candidates will not be considered. Description These will be on the Infrastructure Production Services Team. This is an operations team and they support various applications and work with vendors to support several products. The manager is looking for 2 resources to support a large email retention and archive program. We are looking for App Support resources/analysts that have a troubleshooting, application support, and networking background. This team supports issues that arise for employees and they work with the vendor if it is something they cannot solve on their own. Skills Application support, network connectivity, itil, Analysis, windows Top Skills Details Application support,network connectivity,itil Additional Skills & Qualifications Required Skills * 3 or more years of working in a technical operations role * Strong working knowledge of ITIL standards and practices * Proven problem solving skills * Proven analytical skills * Proven communication skills on a technical and non-technical level * Proven process documentation skills * Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and internet browsers * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) * Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting * Ability to participate with on-call support rotations Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
