Join Forvis Mazars as a Proposal Team Content Manager and help shape the voice of our firm through high-impact, client-focused proposal content. In this strategic role, you'll collaborate with the National Proposal Team and client service professionals to craft compelling narratives that win business and build trust.
Reporting to the Proposal Team Senior Manager, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and expanding our proposal content knowledge base. We're looking for a skilled writer and content strategist who can translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive messaging. What you will do:
  • Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute the vision for our proposal content, driving continuous improvement in structure, efficiency, and win rates. Proactively manage, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of proposal content writers toward excellence.
  • AI Platform Oversight: Serve as the firm's subject matter expert in QorusDocs, mastering its capabilities to optimize proposal development. Lead the rollout and adoption of generative AI features, training colleagues to maximize efficiency and speed.
  • Content Library Management: Develop, curate, and maintain a robust library of reusable content assets and templates, ensuring every proposal reflects our brand, voice, and strategic priorities. Gather feedback and monitor usage to drive ongoing library enhancements.
  • Process Innovation: Design and implement agile processes for sector, service line, and firm-level content updates. Collaborate with SMEs to expedite reviews and keep our content library both timely and relevant.
  • Training & Support: Deliver onboarding and ongoing education to team members and internal users, empowering them to leverage QorusDocs and AI tools confidently and effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of content accuracy, persuasiveness, and compliance with risk, brand, and style guidelines.
  • Collaboration & Culture: Actively advocate for and embody our firm's cultural norms and commitment to delivering an Unmatched Client Experience. Engage cross-functionally to harvest compelling content and graphics from strategic pursuits.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of related experience required, 5+ years preferred
