Job Description

Torch Technologies is seeking an Operations Analyst to support senior executives in managing and coordinating a large Program Management Office, focusing on acquisition strategy, program planning, and stakeholder management.

As an Operations Analyst, your duties will include the following but not limited to:

• Support senior leadership with program planning, execution, and evaluation
• Draft and edit policy documents, reports, and executive communications
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and action items across internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze technical data to provide recommendations and develop acquisition plans
• Assist in design reviews, milestone planning, and program strategy development
• Manage taskings, directives, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Develop and maintain program documentation and briefing materials

Job Requirements

• Former U.S. Army or Marine Corps Infantry, Artillery, Cavalry, Combat Engineer or Special Operations officer, warrant officer, or NCO with experience leading a team, squad, platoon or company.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience as an Operations Analyst.
• Active Security Clearance
• Strong technical and acquisition background (Aviation Systems preferred)
• Ability to interpret and communicate leadership guidance on program execution and planning
• Experience compiling data, drafting policy documents, and managing executive taskings
• Proven ability to coordinate schedules, lead meetings, and track action items
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Army's Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2)
• Bachelor's degree + 10 years of professional experience
