What We Need: We are looking for individuals to join our Design Development Program in Muscatine, IA! New hires will start in January 2026 or June 2026. OurEarly Career Development Program(ECDP) is a one-year rotational program designed to develop emerging early career busines professionals, preparing you for future growth opportunities within our organization in various design functions. We provide a specialized onboarding plan, foundational knowledge about our business, direct exposure to leadership, and opportunities to develop cohort relationships through cross-functional team projects. Program Highlights: On-going career development and growth focused on your skills and aspirations Dedicated business-leader mentor and continuous feedback Opportunity to network with our leadership teams Provide a meaningful contribution to our business by learning while doing Exposure to various areas of the rotational department within the organization providing the opportunity to explore areas of interest What You Will Do: The Design team is responsible for providing best in class deliverables to our customers that meet their everchanging workplace design needs. As a member of this team, you will gain experience rendering designs, space planning, preparing proposals, and working with CET Designer. Our ECDP members are a key source of future talent for entry-level design careers. Once you've completed the ECDP, you'll be prepared for a role likely within one of the rotational functions. Where you will begin will be in part based on your talents and strengths, your interests, and available roles upon program completion. What You Have: Prospective candidates are required to hold a bachelor's degree in design or a related field, prior to their start date. Minimum 2.8 GPA Portfolio containing examples of design work must be submitted. Interest in commercial design and space planning.
