Architectural Job Captain

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage architectural design project
• Coordinate design with consultants
• Prepare design and construction documents (Plans & Specifications)
• Obtain plan approvals through Authority Having Jurisdictions (AHJ)
• Conduct limited construction administration during construction
• Manage close-out process

Minimum Qualifications:

• Architectural or similar/equivalent degree
• 10 years of experience managing design projects and preparing design/construction documents
• Proficient with Revit, CAD, MS Word, MS Excel
• Good communication skills

Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $120,000 - $128,000.
