The Regional Purchasing Manager plays a key leadership role in driving procurement transformation, operational alignment, and supplier performance across multiple manufacturing and R&D sites within a defined region. This role is responsible for leading regional execution of sourcing strategies, ensuring fulfillment of site supply requirements, managing service level agreements (SLAs), and supporting cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable value and operational excellence. This position serves as a critical bridge between corporate sourcing, site operations, and strategic procurement initiatives, ensuring that regional purchasing activities support both local site needs and global GSM priorities Responsibilities Domestic travel required: 10-20% International travel required: 5-10% Procurement Transformation & Regional Alignment
Deploy global sourcing strategies, tools, and systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, LeanDNA, Onventis) across the region.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management
Supplier and Category Management
Operational Support & Risk Management
Team Leadership and Development
Qualifications Required Education and Skills:

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $101,000 and $161,000 provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
