About the Opportunity

As part of the Finance team, you will, as a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with U.S. GAAP, and supporting internal and external stakeholders with high-quality financial insights. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical accounting foundation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

What you'll do



  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Assist with consolidation and reporting processes for multiple entities.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting templates and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards.
  • Document policies and procedures for technical accounting areas and support the design of internal controls.
  • Assist with month end close procedures and execute internal controls.
  • Partner with FP&A, Operations, and other teams to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist with the preparation of management reports and presentations for executive leadership and the Board.
  • Support external audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across financial reporting, systems, and controls.

What experience you bring (Role Requirements)

Required:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently as required.
  • Excellent time management and analytical skills required.


Preferred:



  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate.
  • Public accounting experience (Big Four firm strongly preferred).
  • Experience with accounting/reporting in a high-growth or private-equity-backed environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, technology, or payment integrity industries a plus.

Pay range: $95,000 - $110,000 USD

This is an exempt position. The salary range is for Base Salary.Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location.
