Content & Compliance Operations Lead

The Content & Compliance Business Analyst and Operations Lead is a hybrid role responsible for analyzing, documenting, and operationalizing content technology workflows and ensuring sustained compliance and performance across Cisco's Martech stack. This role drives the day-to-day operations of online video platforms, leads cross-channel personalization enablement using Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Cloud integrations, and owns the full compliance lifecycle across CASPR, ESP, and future RAI (Responsible AI) governance frameworks. The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis discipline, a systems-thinking mindset, and hands-on platform operations experience to scale compliant, personalized, and data-driven content delivery.

Key Technical Deliverables & Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Workflow Documentation

  • Translate marketing and platform owner needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and operational workflows for personalization, compliance, and video publishing.

  • Create business process documentation for consent-aware content targeting, video asset governance, and audit support procedures.

  • Define data, tagging, and metadata specifications required to support integration of Adobe Target with AEP, CDP, AJO, and CJA.

Video Platform Operations & M&A Consolidation

  • Manage daily operations and support for video platforms (e.g., Brightcove), including video ingestion, tagging schema enforcement, player configurations, CDN publishing, and troubleshooting.

  • Lead M&A platform discovery and consolidation efforts - identify redundant or legacy video tools, assess security and compliance risks, and plan asset migration into the Cisco-standard platform.

  • Maintain operational documentation, asset lineage logs, and system usage reports to support performance monitoring and audit needs.

Adobe Target Use Case Definition & Experience Cloud Integration

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and platform leads to write detailed use cases for how Adobe Target will support A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalized experiences across web and email.

  • Define audience targeting strategies based on identity resolution via AEP and B2B CDP, and document how these audiences will flow into Adobe Target for activation.

  • Partner with data and architecture teams to map end-to-end workflows across Adobe Target, AEP, AJO, and CJA - including user journeys, decisioning logic, and performance measurement flows.

  • Create operationalization process documentation, including flow diagrams, data mapping tables, trigger conditions, and QA checkpoints to guide scalable implementation of Adobe Target integrations.

Compliance Governance: CASPR, ESP & RAI

  • Act as the day-to-day compliance lead for marketing technologies, managing all CASPR submissions, security/privacy reviews, exceptions tracking, and remediation workflows.

  • Maintain up-to-date ESP (Enterprise Portfolio System) records for platform ownership, business justification, renewal status, and compliance posture.

  • Prepare for Responsible AI (RAI) review requirements, particularly in content-related GenAI tools - including prompt logging, usage boundaries, and human-in-the-loop validation processes.

Audit Management & Risk Mitigation

  • Lead quarterly compliance and tracking audits across personalization, video, and analytics platforms to ensure adherence to Cisco's privacy, security, and legal policies.

  • Develop and maintain audit-ready documentation - including architecture diagrams, process logs, SOC 2 / ISO certifications, incident tracking, and remediation actions.

  • Partner with IT, Infosec, Legal, and platform SMEs to respond to audit requests and ensure timely closure of findings.

Enablement, Support & Change Management

  • Create and maintain user training materials, SOPs, and onboarding guides for Adobe Target, Brightcove, and compliance workflows.

  • Lead onboarding and support coordination for new platform owners and M&A teams transitioning into Cisco's Martech ecosystem.

  • Serve as Tier-1/2 operational support for video and personalization platform issues, escalating to Dharmesh or IT as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Platform Operations Lead in Martech, Digital Experience, or Marketing Compliance.

  • Strong understanding of Adobe Target personalization workflows, and working knowledge of integrations with AEP, CDP, AJO, and CJA.

  • Hands-on experience managing video platforms such as Brightcove, including asset management, player configuration, and CDN optimization.

  • Proven experience navigating CASPR, ESP, or similar enterprise compliance platforms; familiarity with security review processes and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

  • Demonstrated ability to lead internal and external audits, manage documentation, and close compliance gaps.

  • Experience supporting or integrating technologies during M&A transitions (preferably in a global enterprise context).

  • Strong analytical, technical documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Experience with OneTrust, Tealium, and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
