We are seeking a Software Engineer I to join our Velocity engineering team, supporting the Simulcast platform. Simulcast is Manheim's live digital auction platform, enabling dealers to remotely participate in vehicle auctions. Designed for split-second decision-making, it provides real-time access to vehicle data, auction status, and bidding tools. Our stack includes Java and ReactJS, and we leverage AWS to build and operate highly performant, cloud-native applications. We use tools such as New Relic, Splunk, and PagerDuty to monitor and support our platform. As part of an Agile team, you'll own applications end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and support, while also helping us reduce technical debt and deliver business-critical initiatives. USD 72,200.00 - 108,200.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $72,200.00 - $108,200.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
