By helping answer critical questions about the customer experience, sales, and operations, this team plays a vital role in delivering the exceptional services and experiences Spectrum is known for. As a Senior Data Engineering Manager on our Operational Analytics & Insights team, you'll lead a team of data engineers in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures that power real-time insights and decision-making. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, requiring you to guide engineering efforts, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and shape the organization's data strategy. You'll be responsible for ensuring data quality, security, and governance while driving innovation in how data is captured, processed, and used across the business. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
