The Opportunity: Reporting to the Assistant F&B Manager and the Director of Clubhouse Operations, the Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing and streamlining the club's operations. This multifaceted position involves overseeing the receiving and organization of incoming packages, implementing an effective inventory tracking system, managing storage locations, maintaining the club's fleet of vehicles, leading safety committee meetings, and providing driver services for corporate team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Duties and Functions



  • Receiving: Oversee the establishment of a new receiving location and structure for all incoming packages. Responsibilities include receiving, recording, and alerting the designated recipient, delivering packages, or arranging for appropriate storage solutions.
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive inventory tracking system for all club equipment and supplies, including Continental breakfast, Club Water, Disposable Creighton custom goods, and Tack Room supplies. Categorize and maintain ongoing records to ensure accurate inventory levels and reduce unnecessary expenditures.
  • Storage Management: Manage and upgrade 4-5 existing storage locations. Organize and oversee the efficient storage of items across these locations to ensure easy access and proper management.
  • Fleet Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the club's vehicles, including two cars with potential additions. This includes coordinating yearly inspections, admission inspections, oil changes, and necessary repairs.
  • Driver Service: Provide transportation for company and corporate team members from the airport using a company vehicle. Ensure professional and timely service.
  • Safety Committee Chair: Lead monthly safety meetings with department heads, ensuring compliance with company safety requirements. Record attendance and maintain documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Assure that public areas, such as entrances, patios, halls, Foyer, Terrace, Foyer, etc., remain clean and organized, as well as employee-only regions, such as the linen closet, banquet closet, storage building, dry storage areas, and receiving closet.
  • Please perform other related duties as assigned or required.



Qualifications and Standards



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, fleet coordination, or a similar role. Experience with safety committee leadership and driver services is a plus.
  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to manage and maintain vehicles, including knowledge of vehicle maintenance requirements.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.


  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Certifications related to inventory management or fleet maintenance are advantageous.
