Quality Analyst & Expeditor

STS Technical Services is hiring a Quality Analyst & Expeditor in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Analyst & Expeditor to support our growing manufacturing team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS), supporting facility operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The right candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and help drive continuous improvement across the organization.

• Record, summarize, analyze, and report data
  
• Provide leadership in implementing QMS and objectives as directed by the Quality Manager
  
• Develop and implement project quality plans and procedures
  
• Initiate training for quality staff while maintaining training records and materials
  
• Maintain quality schedules for ongoing projects
  
• Assign tasks and QC staff to boost productivity and prevent delivery delays
  
• Manage and collaborate to maintain and achieve certifications
  
• Assist with company-wide ISO 9001 management and certifications
  
• Monitor, collect, and report on performance metrics
  
• Develop, monitor, and manage quality data (KPIs) and related procedures
  
• Resolve problems and deliver satisfactory outcomes
  
• Ensure interdepartmental communication to coordinate and resolve QC concerns
  
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned related to QMS, customer, or operations requirements
  

• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel)
