Summary:

In this role, you will work with our members to provide Purchased Services expertise to identify financial savings opportunities and increase operational efficiencies. You will also create and analyze data to model potential and realized savings through implementation of these cost savings measures.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify best practices, implement process improvements and drive resources to deliver outcomes on time, within budget and with exceptional quality.

• Develop, execute and track project plans.

• Facilitate client meetings and discussions.

• Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions.

• Develop analytic models; conduct analyses activities and present analyses to senior leadership.

• Manage mid to senior-level client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience required.

• Experience working in a hospital operations lead role desired.

• Previous experience with Purchased Services or Support Services cost savings projects desired.

• Ability to analyze, interpret and present data in meaningful ways.

• Demonstrate moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients' needs and timetables.

Estimated Hiring Range:
