Job ID: 100576

Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges-the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you've come to the right place.
Your Impact
As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a key supporting role in strengthening our decision-making and reporting efforts for a portfolio of positions that includes stakes in early-stage venture capital, co-investments, private equity funds, public companies, and contracts tied to a company's valuation or share price.
As part of your role, you will analyze financial statements, identify key value drivers, and assess company performance. You will stay informed on macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and company-specific news that help identify opportunities and risks associated with our stake. You will maintain and update financial valuation models, databases, and assist in creating dashboards to track portfolio performance and key metrics. Additionally, you will analyze the performance of valuation-based positions according to contractual terms and assist in presentations, reports, and memos for senior internal stakeholders. You will leverage technologies, such as McKinsey's internal generative AI tool, to improve productivity and assist in enhancing the group's reporting processes, procedures, and analytics. Furthermore, you will participate in various group initiatives and projects, collaborating across functions and teams.
Your work will help our firm and our Partners realize a positive return on our stakes while simultaneously managing risk, thereby allowing us to bring the best of our firm's capabilities to drive long-term impact and value for our clients.
You will be based in Tampa, Florida, as a member of our Portfolio Management team, which operates within the firm's Treasury function.
Your Growth
You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
When you join us, you will have:
  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.

  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm's diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Exceptional benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.
Your qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, mathematics, or a related field
  • 1+ equivalent years of experience in equity research, portfolio management, investment banking, or a related field
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and portfolio analytics
