Summary

Leads collaborative forecasting efforts cross functionally and with the customer to generate and maintain accurate sales and replenishment forecasts. Analyzes historical sales trends, marketing activities, business intelligence, seasonality and outside variables to estimate accurate levels of demand. Monitors channel inventory level to help maintain ideal levels of customer inventory to meet demand and drive sales.

Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain accurate sales and replenishment forecasting by reviewing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers, preparing forecast data, developing statistical forecast models, evaluating forecast results and monitoring channel inventory
  • Collaborate cross functionally and with the customer to understand and reflect all demand drivers
  • Provide input to supply planning team to help drive factory production and shipment plans
  • Ensure all global demand management systems are updated with weekly and monthly sales forecasts
  • Partner with sales and product management to develop and reflect inventory strategies for new product transitions
  • Monitor channel inventory levels and work cross functionally to ensure sufficient levels of inventory to help drive sales
  • Collaborate with order management to track orders from order placement through to delivery to ensure on time delivery


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines to meet deliverables and partner expectations
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence using data
  • Demonstrated success in taking initiative and multi-tasking in a high pressure environment
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Solid business acumen


Recruiting Range
$60,000 - $70,000 USD
