Acara Solutions is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for our client in Buffalo! The Customer Experience Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service across all touchpoints. This position involves promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and serving as a crucial link between the shipping department and customer relations. We are seeking qualified candidates with:

Here's what you'll do:
- Respond to incoming inquiries on Gorgias daily, covering a range of tasks such as processing new orders, canceling orders, resolving shipping issues, addressing inventory queries, and handling product inquiries.
- Engage with shipping coordination via to swiftly address inquiries related to shipping, order problems, and other issues, providing efficient solutions.
- Conduct daily monitoring of fraud analysis on Shopify to safeguard the integrity of transactions.
- Supervise and manage affiliate marketing initiatives, including networking with customers, executing affiliate programs for interested parties, ensuring timely payment to affiliates, setting up accounts, and overseeing the management of CJ Affiliate.
- Utilize the customer experience platform to upsell products, offering guidance on product usage, emphasizing product value, and encouraging subscription enrollment.
- Actively participate in social media activities, contributing to content creation, collaborating with the team on creative concepts, and participating in video and photo shoots.
- Engage with community members to promote product awareness and provide education on product benefits/promote advocacy on product.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a client-facing environment.
