Job SummaryResponsible for providing training and ongoing support for internal and external users with access to our reporting systems. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and recorded training materials. This position will provide system demonstrations for clients, prospects and broker/consultant partners. This position will identify and research potential solutions to client requirements and work with Client Management to design and implement the best solutions with their clients and brokers.This role will work directly with client management users to identify reporting solutions that address the unique needs of our clients and brokers. This role will collaborate with our partners in Client Management, Client Analytics, Healthcare Management, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, IT, Operations and other key stakeholders as needed to identify and implement complete solutions for our client and broker reporting needs. This can include leading data and reporting projects, developing new content and searching for and implementing creative solutions. This role will partner with our system administrators and vendor partners to determine impact of system changes on our clients and brokers and create and implement the launch of new functionality. This role will work closely with our Data Steward to ensure that any solutions identified align where necessary with other reporting generated by Luminare Health. Required Qualifications:

This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan. Min to Max Range: $66,300.00 - $124,500.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. |
