The Role
The Services Product Manager is responsible for defining, launching, and supporting the lifecycle of service offerings within the Solution Engineering team at Presidio. This individual contributor role bridges strategy, engineering, and go-to-market execution-owning service definitions, internal documentation, financial modeling inputs, and enablement collateral across Presidio's core service towers. As we develop our product management functionality where products are services, this role is fundamental to our evolution.

The Product Manager works closely with portfolio, field sales, engineering leads, service delivery, finance, and marketing to ensure offerings are well-articulated, scalable, and aligned with customer outcomes and market demand.

Responsibilities Include:



  • Define, maintain, and evolve service offering documentation including internal playbooks, customer-facing collateral, and pricing models.
  • Collaborate with platform and development teams to inform backlog prioritization, feature requirements, and delivery milestones.
  • Work with portfolio and Tracmarketing to align messaging and support launches or field campaigns.
  • Manage, track and ensure financial modeling and pricing logic are validated with Finance and SalesOps.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and industry benchmarking to shape the portfolio roadmap.
  • Support Field Sales, Solutions Architects, and Partner teams with presales messaging and RFP support.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery and Operations teams to document SLAs, delivery models, and handoffs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date repository of offering documentation in the knowledge base (e.g., BigTinCan, SharePoint).
  • Lead regular cross-functional reviews to assess offering performance and backlog health.
  • Serve as the voice of the offering internally and champion roadmap updates through the Presidio governance process.
  • Technology/Area of Specialization:

    • Familiarity with modern cloud services, including areas such as: Azure, AWS, and multi-cloud solutions; Security Operations and MDR; Network-as-a-Service, SD-WAN; Collaboration and UCaaS.
    • Experience with Agile delivery models and backlog/epic/story writing.
    • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or recurring revenue business models.


  • Basic Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write clearly and create compelling visuals.
    • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable managing complexity.
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to interface across sales, delivery, and technical teams.
    • Financial fluency-can interpret cost models, margin analysis, and ROI logic.
    • Ability to manage multiple offerings and competing priorities.
    • Comfort with ambiguity and iterating with speed.
    • Customer and outcome-centric thinking.








    Required Skills:

    • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a technology or services environment.
    • Experience working in cross-functional product or portfolio teams.
    • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Excel, and Lucidchart or equivalent.
    • Exposure to ITIL, Agile, and cloud-native product lifecycle practices preferred.
