Talent Acquisition & Operations Professional

We are seeking a dynamic professional to strengthen our recruitment strategy with staff augmentation roles and operational efficiency, ensuring both immediate impact and long-term success. This role represents a forward-thinking investment in our people and processes-helping us consistently attract top talent while enhancing the effectiveness of our HR and Talent Acquisition (TA) operations.

As hiring needs fluctuate across disciplines and locations, this position provides a steady, efficient approach to recruitment that prioritizes speed, quality, and candidate experience. By formalizing workflows and processes, the role reduces inefficiencies, mitigates risks, and fosters stronger cross-functional collaboration. Serving as a bridge between staff augmentation roles and the TA team, this role will streamline tools, clarify responsibilities, and elevate both the candidate journey and manager experience.

Beyond day-to-day recruitment excellence, this position plays a critical part in assisting the Director of Recruitment with strategic projects and initiatives-ensuring progress continues without overburdening existing team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (50%-75%)

  1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions within Staff Augmentation, ensuring a seamless process from job posting through offer acceptance.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish selection criteria, and align on recruitment strategies.
  3. Source and engage top talent by leveraging a range of methods and platforms, with a focus on building diverse and qualified candidate pipelines.
  4. Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing and selection strategies, and recommend improvements to enhance outcomes.

Process improvement & Implementation (25%-50%)

  1. Evaluate and optimize recruitment and onboarding processes in collaboration with TA and HR leadership, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a positive new-hire experience.
  2. Standardize workflows and best practices across HR and TA functions, clearly communicating the purpose and value of new processes to drive adoption.
  3. Support recruitment operations by developing job description templates, ensuring accessibility of tools and resources, and promoting effective use of dashboards and reporting platforms.
  4. Lead or contribute to system and tool enhancements, including ATS improvements and candidate experience initiatives
  5. Track adoption and effectiveness of new initiatives and recommend continuous improvements to strengthen outcomes across recruitment and onboarding.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in proactive sourcing and full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex hiring processes across multiple disciplines and locations.
  • Experience driving process improvement and implementing best practices within HR or TA functions.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance day-to-day recruiting execution and long-term operational improvements.
