Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Lockport, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting incoming material and performing quality inspections on components.
• This includes recording, tracking, and reporting the results of inspections, and assisting with implementing corrective actions.
• Read and understand engineering documents to ensure incoming material is compliant.
• Accurately communicate results of inspection activities and work with quality personnel when issues are found.
• Perform inspections on manufactured and repaired products by the use of manual and automated measuring equipment.
• Keep accurate and up to date records on inspection failures.
• Perform First Article Inspections on products.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. (1^st shift). 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

Length: Temp (6 months).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in the electronics field in a Quality Control role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings (metalwork, PCB assemblies, cables, components).
• Experience of working in a Quality Control environment
• Experience of working with SAP
• Experience of using standard material.
