The Department of Health Services (DHS) is looking for a Facilities Team Lead to join their team! As our next Facilities Team Lead, you will be the lead for planning, organizing, and tracking material ordering, receipt, and distribution procedures. While working under the direction of the Facilities Manager, you will supervise and assign work to the Storekeepers on the team, assisting and filling in when necessary. In addition, you will: 

• Regularly review the Facilities calendar to plan, organize, and assign or escalate Facilities requests
• Create work plans for Storekeepers, tracking requests to ensure they are moved forward
• Ensure Facilities requests are tracked and processed by Storekeepers
• Field request-related questions from DHS staff and serve as the Subject Matter Expert on related processes
• Move equipment from one location to another, setting up and/or installing equipment when necessary
• Delivery of mail and materials, including cash, checks, and other sensitive materials
• Implement and track projects necessary to the workflow of the team
• Collaborate with DHS Safety on routine and critical items
