The Connectivity Group is a leader in interconnect devices for AI, cloud data centers, and enterprise infrastructure. Our BU's devices power the full range of network connectivity-from the optics of AI GPU boards to top-of-rack active electrical cables in data centers and their fabrics. Marvell's high-speed PAM4 DSPs are at the forefront of the industry, driving the development of the DSP-based AEC ecosystem and delivering high-performance, low-power active electrical cable connectivity solutions for both scale-up and scale-out.

What You Can Expect

This position reports to the Sr. Director of the AEC Product Group within the Connectivity Business Unit and will focus on leading a team to define strategy, collaborate with engineering on product development, and drive the promotion of Marvell's AEC products. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Leverage deep knowledge of AEC cables and DSP system architectures to understand customer system requirements, consolidate them into Marvell product definitions, and align with industry trends and technology evolution to guide new product direction.

  • Lead the organization in defining a winning product roadmap and strategy.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships across all levels of their organizations.

  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept through end-of-life.

  • Present product roadmaps and plans to secure support at all levels of the customers.

  • Define new products aligned with potential market applications.

  • Develop and deliver Marketing Requirement Documents (MRDs).

  • Drive cross-functional execution to ensure product success.

  • Own revenue generation and product ROI.

  • Provide sales and FAE teams with training on market insights and product lines.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Arts, or a related field with 15+ years of professional experience; OR Master's degree in Business, Science, Arts, or a related field with 10-12 years of experience; OR PhD in Science, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Arts, or a related field with 8-10 years of experience.

  • 8+ years of experience with high-speed transceivers and familiarity with AEC cable vendors.

  • Proven PLM experience, including leading teams to define and successfully launch new products to customers.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

162,340 - 243,200, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
