Pharmacy Assistant, Minoff Retail Center

• Check in all products ordered
• Monitor warehouse area for security, cleanliness, and appropriate temperature
• Maintain appropriate ordering and invoicing documentation
• Use of Appropriate communications regarding departmental restocking
• Positively identify any meds stocked in the Omnicell machines visually and via bar code
• Document expiration information and maintain appropriate use of expiration reports in rotating stock

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
