Employee and Dependent Tuition Assistance Career growth and development Affordable and comprehensive benefits package Location: 4940 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21224 Shift: Full Time (40 hours) Day Shift; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Non-Exempt Position Summary: The Access Partnership (TAP) Navigator enrolls patients into TAP and public health insurance programs, facilitates healthcare navigation, and offers financial counseling to Johns Hopkins Medicine patients with charity care eligibility. The TAP Navigator offers unbiased and confidential assistance to potential enrollees and contributes to TAP's culture of service and access to care in the East Baltimore community. Education/Experience: High school diploma/GED with 2 years of working experience required .* Strong socio-cultural identification with the target population or experience in working with the target population required ***Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position. Salary Range: Minimum 17.11/hour - Maximum 28.26/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
