Pavion and our family of companies is seeking a Director of Inside Sales focused on our service business. The individual in this role will focus on meeting service growth, service contract renewals, upselling of new services, software support agreements with OEM partners and small box sales. Initial focus is our Healthcare, Education and Security businesses. Build out of renewal processes, tools, data sets and CRM integration is in scope for this role. This role will be responsible for a current baseline of $40M of business annually with growth into our fire businesses.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Drive on time renewals, price increase, upselling of additional services, small box sales performance, pipeline, productivity and lead sellers and leaders to success through one on ones, leverage sales programs, and high contact activity sales management of the inside sales teams.
  • Hire talent and onboard new sellers as needed to expand capacity for renewals and small sales as needed.
  • Coordinate with P&L leaders on service forecasts and revenue projections for service volumes under your control.
  • Build out processes, tool enhancement and work with the integration teams to improve the integrity of the customer and service data base.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience in Sales leadership, program leadership and sales operations
  • 7 to 10 years experience
  • Ability to drive business process, organizational agility, lead leaders and sellers, apply process based sales leadership, pipeline management, activity management and leveraging sales programs and marketing initiatives
  • Ability to attract and retain top sales talent
  • Manage pipeline that supports monthly forecasting
  • Track record of growth and business performance
  • National in scope - but needs to travel to west coast monthly
  • Valid Driver's License for occasional local branch visits to gather user requirements


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, tool adoption and enhancement, data driven business acumen.
  • Drive account management processes to expand wallet share in accounts
