- Serving as the primary contact for IT support issues across the Florida offices, ensuring timely resolution of service requests and incidents
- Supporting end users with hardware, software, telephony, and connectivity issues both onsite and remotely
- Acting as the main point of contact for audiovisual (AV) support in coordination with the AV Manager
- Provisioning and configuring new hire equipment and performing quality checks prior to delivery
- Supporting office moves, reconfigurations, and equipment redeployment
- Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup and recovery
- Configuring phones, voicemail, and telephony systems; supporting video conferencing setups across various environments
- Providing support for home office setups, personal devices, and firm-issued mobile and computing devices
- Troubleshooting and supporting printing systems, including network printers and MFPs
- Contributing to and maintaining IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures
- Mentoring and coaching junior engineers and new team members on technical processes
- Supporting IT asset management: updating inventory, monitoring asset levels, and managing equipment lifecycle and e-cycling processes
- Providing assistance with security cameras, receptionist consoles, and guest Wi-Fi setup

The successful candidate will demonstrate...
- A minimum of 3 years supporting Windows desktop/server operating systems and technologies including Active Directory, DNS and DHCP and group policies; minimum of 3 years supporting Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with SCCM or other endpoint management software platforms including understanding of PXE and desktop provisioning technologies
- Proficiency with Windows printing and scanning operations, including installation and support of network and home office devices
- Proficiency with mobile devices, including enterprise software activation, troubleshooting and support
- Experience with configuring and installing VOIP telephones, Citrix virtual desktops and applications, and VPN technologies
- Knowledge of home networking technologies including modems, access points, switches, and routers; knowledge of local area, wireless and wide area networks systems and hardware, including switches and routers
- Knowledge of IT asset management lifecycle
- Knowledge of working within ServiceNow for tracking Inventory, Service Requests and Incidents
- Ability to move equipment up to 50 lbs; ability to bend and maneuver to set up equipment
- Ability to travel between Florida offices when needed (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa)
- Strong focus on client service and responsiveness; ability to respond effectively and timely to requests
