Order Fulfill Specialist

What does it take to ensure every customer order is handled with precision and care? The Order Fulfill Specialist plays a key role in a collaborative regional team, ensuring accurate and timely order placement within Marvin systems. This position serves as a central internal resource, translating customer needs into actionable solutions. With a focus on first-contact resolution and efficient processing, the role supports Marvin's commitment to quality and reliability. Expertise in Marvin systems grows over time, especially in handling engineered-to-order products.

Serve as the primary internal contact for customer order placement and support within Marvin systems
• Partner with customer care, technical support, and logistics teams to resolve inquiries at first point of contact
• Accurately calculate, price, and process customized product orders using Marvin tools and documentation
• Support dealer onboarding and educate partners on order management software and warranty processes
• Collaborate across regions to meet customer needs and mentor others as your expertise grows

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to learn and navigate systems like Salesforce, OMS, and ICIM
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail in order processing
• Experience in customer service or order Fulfill environments

• Familiarity with Marvin products or similar engineered-to-order systems
• Project management or mentoring experience
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
