How will you power what's possible? Job Summary
Southwire's Finance Development Program recognizes early emergent talent from recent college graduates and serves as a pipeline for talented college graduates to enter Southwire on a full-time basis after graduation. This program is designed to successfully develop future business leaders through a combination of diverse rotational assignments, targeted training, continuous coaching and development. As a participant in this three-year program, you will have exposure to many accounting and finance operations and business leaders for one of North America's leading manufacturers in the wire and cable industry. You will gain on the job and project work experience along with leadership skills by completing four financial rotations: operational (plant) accounting, financial planning and analysis and commercial finance in two divisions. Key Responsibilities
After completing the program, participants will be equipped with a broader knowledge base, a better understanding of Southwire's business, and will have created new and meaningful relationships within Southwire. Upon successful completion, Finance Rotational Team Members have an opportunity to continue working for us in roles within Finance with increased responsibility. Rotational Assignments
