About the Role:


We have an exciting opportunity to support our Operations team as a(n) Sr. Manager, Testing & Implementation based in Orlando, FL. The Senior Manager of Testing and Implementation will be responsible for establishing and executing the process, procedures, and insights review for all operational testing in North America. This would include product / campaign testing, off premise innovations, new concept development and all operations platforms initiatives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • In partnership with the Director of Testing to develop and maintain the annual strategic integrated calendar of testing elements and the area of the business it impacts, to better understand overlapping initiatives and practical implementation. Communication with full testing team on all aspects of projects and coordination of project scheduling.
  • Responsible for accurate Test Proposition with appropriate and measurable test success criteria. Work directly with Business Sponsors of these tests to ensure the integrity and accurate data collection is maintained. This will include POC (Proof of Concept) / Small Market tests or any other testing that may be required to successfully launch product, equipment or initiative.
  • Responsible for establishing Testing & Implementation standard operating procedures and ensuring all test are utilizing the set stage-gating process.
  • Creating and testing of the national rollout execution strategy
  • Identifying operational and profit opportunities as part of the business processes, bringing these opportunities forward during T&I testing processes to maximize value for restaurant teams (simplification processes or guest enhancement behaviors)
  • Ensures field operations teams are aligned and informed on the findings and learnings from the test.
  • Driving the improvement of operational systems that impact the innovation pipeline, by identifying processes to ensure agility and profitability based on business needs.
  • Working with internal teams on Development of POC materials and playbook contributions.
  • Responsible for working cross functionally to identify success metric to establishing testing bench marks which will be communicated on a bi-weekly basis to all stakeholders and to the Director of Testing.
  • Providing an assessment, complexity rating, and validation report of all testing elements to stakeholders and all required internal and external teams.
  • Visiting test locations to follow up on procedures and learnings from restaurant teams
  • Any and all aspect of the testing procedures within North America.



Qualifications (some examples listed below):



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of overall experience in the restaurant/field operations and high understanding of culinary operations or project management, great organizational acumen and equipment knowledge
  • Have current, working knowledge of the foodservice, food quality procurement, culinary industry, equipment and food safety.
  • Have relentless drive to improve processes and procedures
  • Always operate with a sense of urgency
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly detail-orientated and hands-on
  • Project Management knowledge
  • Problem solving skills
  • Travel 65%
  • Interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills with a self-motivated attitude to work.


  • Language requirements: Fluent in English - any additional language a plus.

Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, qualifications, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
