We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience while working side-by-side with our experienced L&D professionals, gaining insights into the latest industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the enterprise Talent Development team to provide input on and support for existing learning experiences.
  • Assist with our learning and leadership programs to ensure an optimized experience.
  • Help to document and build a playbook for processes and procedures related to leadership development nominations.
  • Conduct research to identify relevant learning resources, tools, and platforms that enhance the overall learning experience for employees.
  • Assist in curating learning content to augment learning experiences.
  • Create a way to track and analyze training data, participant feedback, and program metrics to generate insightful reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall learning culture at Cox.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in learning and development, talent management, and/or employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

USD 21.49 - 32.26 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $21.49 - $32.26/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
