Job Description: Minimum Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Health Promotion, Nursing, or a related field required.
  • Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (AHA, Red Cross, or NHSA).
  • National certification in Personal Training (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) required.
  • National certification in Nutrition Coaching or Education (e.g., Precision Nutrition, NASM CNC, ISSA) required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate wellness, employee health promotion, or fitness/well-being leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide individual and group personal training sessions, lead group fitness classes for diverse populations, deliver nutritional coaching (including virtual coaching), development and implement wellness program challenges, align well-being initiatives with safety programs and corporate benefit strategies, & collaborate with cafeteria staff on healthy meal planning
  • Experience submitting wellness award applications and implementing population health strategies.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong understanding of population health, behavior change science, and evaluation of wellness outcomes.
  • Proven ability to align wellness programs with Total Rewards, including benefits and employee engagement efforts.
  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and ability to extract insights from wellness data.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; capable of engaging employees across all levels.
  • Empathetic and effective communicator, especially when conveying complex health-related topics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Workday, and digital wellness platforms or fitness tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Hybrid role with on-site presence at Rite-Hite Corporate Center as needed.
  • Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, walk, and stand frequently.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs occasionally and lift above the head.
  • Travel may be required for site support or event facilitation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) and/or Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) preferred.
  • Additional experience in nursing, case management, occupational health, or community health is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating with internal food services and integrating nutrition into wellness offerings.
Schedule & Location
  • Full-time position based at the Rite-Hite Corporate Center in Downtown Milwaukee
  • Typical hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Flexibility to support before/after-hours wellness activities as needed
