Pharmacy Supervisor - Evening Leadership Opportunity (Full-Time)

Will work 4-10's and every 6th weekend.

Typical shift is 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM.

Will supervise around 20 direct report as part of a 10 person leadership team!

• Assist the Director of Pharmacy in planning, coordinating, and evaluating clinical operations
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-focused pharmaceutical services
• Serve as a clinical resource for pharmacy staff and patients
• Step in as a staff pharmacist when needed to maintain seamless operations
• Champion Mercy's mission, values, and service standards in every aspect of your work

Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BS) or higher degree in Pharmacy required

Licensure:

• Current pharmacist license from applicable State Board of Pharmacy required

Experience:

• 2-3 years of pharmacy experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one year of pharmacy management experience preferred
• Advanced degree or additional certifications preferred
• Experience in clinical operations or leadership roles is a plus
