Job Description: The Job The Senior Program Manager - Value Based Care is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within the organization. They lead cross-functional teams, develop project plans, monitor progress, allocate resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. In addition, they lead enterprise-level strategic initiatives and special projects that advance health plan performance, provider partnerships, and market growth. Senior Program Managers communicate with stakeholders, identify risks, and implement strategies to mitigate challenges, leveraging their healthcare and health plan experience to drive cross-functional collaboration and inform strategic decision-making.
