Regularly meet with hiring managers and senior leaders, leveraging labor market data and historical trends to challenge assumptions and develop effective talent acquisition strategies. Be regularly sought out by hiring managers and operations partners for expert advice on the hiring process. Serve as a subject matter expert in labor market data, market drivers, and competitive intelligence for supported areas. Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding interview tools and processes to ensure the identification of finalist candidates. Consistently use innovative and creative sourcing methods to source both active and passive talent, staying up to date on the latest sourcing techniques and trends. Deliver work that is recognized as a standard of excellence within the organization. Education & Experience: Five (5) or more years of proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in handling high volume and harder-to-fill roles Experience in sourcing and hiring leadership positions A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (degree is highly preferred) Strong understanding of labor market data, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies. Experience using an enterprise-level applicant tracking system to track and report candidate and job statistics (we use Workday) Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $82,000.00-$121,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour For location-specific minimum wage details, see the following link: DaVita.jobs/WageRates Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
