THE ROLE Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a/an Manufacturing Engineer (Production) Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. With our current operations org structure, there is a gap that resides between production, manufacturing engineering, and continuous improvement. Through an industrial engineering and process lens, this role will be all about digging into our processes and driving productivity, quality, scrap reduction, and many other deliverables. What You'll Do Participate in day-to-day operations (i.e. tier boards, escalations) Manage projects Work cross-functionally Develop and implement process improvements Analyze data Directly impact KPIs What We Seek Manufacturing environment experience in operations, engineering, or quality Excel proficiency Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year Industrial engineering Manufacturing operations Process engineering Mechanical engineering 2026/2027 graduation Eligibility Must be a currently enrolled student Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June. Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work and function in a manufacturing environment.
