Job Description




As a Security Professional- Dispatch Specialist in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Dispatch Officer in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations by monitoring alarm panels, coordinating response efforts, and maintaining clear communication with on-site teams. Your presence will help to deter incidents and contribute to a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets. This role requires you to be comfortable using computers or tablets and to provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. What You'll Do:

    Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining clear communication with relevant personnel.
  • Monitor and coordinate dispatch activities, including receiving and relaying information to security-related teams and management.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of all incoming and outgoing communications and incidents within the location.
  • Assist in coordinating response to alarms, emergencies, and requests for assistance from staff and visitors.
  • Support regular communication with on-site security-related personnel to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or incidents.
  • Utilize technology and communication systems to track, document, and manage security-related activities throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
