Registered Nurse - Dialysis | Full-Time | Agawam, MA 01001

Pay Range: $39.83-$51.00/hour (based on experience)

Hours: Full-Time (30-39 hours per week)

Clinic Operating Schedule:

• Monday / Wednesday / Friday - 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (three shifts per day)
• Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday - 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (two shifts per day)

No Sundays. Predictable, clinic-based schedule.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll deliver safe, high-quality dialysis care for patients living with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). You'll build long-term relationships with patients and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team committed to consistent, compassionate care.

What You'll Do

• Provide dialysis treatments in accordance with all clinical standards
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status
• Administer medications and respond to changes in condition
• Educate patients and families on dialysis and home care
• Partner with the care team to individualize treatment plans

Qualifications

• RN license in Massachusetts
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Current BLS/CPR
• Dialysis experience strongly preferred
• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg backgrounds also valued
