Revenue Cycle Strategy Partner Shape the future of healthcare intelligence. City of Hope is seeking a forward-thinking analytics leader to join our fast-paced, innovation-driven Revenue Cycle Intelligence team as the Revenue Cycle Strategy Partner. This role will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at improving revenue cycle performance across the City of Hope System. This role is responsible for conducting in-depth analyses, identifying operational improvement opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions. The incumbent works independently on moderately complex projects and contributes to revenue cycle transformation efforts. Key Responsibilities Independently manages mid-sized strategic projects or workstreams within larger initiatives, including planning, analysis, and execution. Performs detailed data analysis and performance assessments to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborates with operational teams, IT, and finance to develop and implement process improvements and technology solutions. Prepares and delivers presentations and reports to stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights. Provides data driven solutions that promote continuous improvement. Supports change management and communication efforts to ensure successful project adoption. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's in Health Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred) * Experience: 3 additional years of experience (plus the minimum experience requirement) may substitute for minimum educational requirement * Preferred: Training in Lean Six Sigma, project management, or healthcare analytics required. PMP, HFMA CRCR, or similar certification preferred. * Skills: o Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Ability to communicate complex data to non-technical audiences o Strategic mindset with attention to detail City of Hope employees pay is based on the following criteria: work experience, qualifications, and work location.
