As a Security Guard - Tech Site - Unarmed Patrol in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure environment within a dynamic tech and telecommunications location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols of assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the overall security-related environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activities or incidents that occur during patrols, maintaining detailed and accurate logs as required by Allied Universal protocols.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification as needed, and reporting unauthorized access attempts.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns and maintain a secure environment within the tech and media location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
