Job Description PURPOSE: Heat treat operators perform work to prepare product for entrance into furnaces. Perform intermediate heat treat tasks following traveler instructions, perform equipment set up. Maintain traceability and complete operation paperwork. Must have knowledge of how to flow product on a first in first out basis. Must follow meticulously chain-of-command and reporting structures. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES: Coordinate and execute material moves in and out of furnaces according to provided instructions. Tasks may include applying coatings to product, applying insulation materials (while maintaining traceability), and minor material movement. Must be able to lift upwards of 35 lbs. Must be able to apply common sense to understanding to carry out and follow instruction Supervisors as deemed appropriate may assign additional functions and requirements Required Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $18.25 to $27.25 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter .
