Overview of this Position:

Ensuring that materials and services provided by GRAM's suppliers meet all regulatory, quality, and company standards. This role supports supplier qualification, incoming material inspection, and resolution of supplier-related issues under the guidance of other staff members. The Supplier Quality Specialist plays a critical role in mitigating risks, ensuring supply chain compliance, and promoting continuous improvement in supplier processes.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in scientific or engineering discipline.
  • Quality Assurance or regulatory industry with a minimum of 1 -2 years' experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • ASQ audit certification

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist with supplier onboarding and qualification activities.
  • Review supplier documentation (e.g., COAs, certifications).
  • Support the investigation of non-conforming materials and supplier deviations.
  • Maintain supplier files and track quality metrics.
  • Coordinate initial and requalification supplier audits under supervision.
  • Participate in quality system recordkeeping (e.g., SCARs, NCRs).
  • Review and provide final disposition of materials.
