As an Automation Requirements Integration Lead Associate, you will play a critical role in defining, validating, and integrating requirements for the FAA's most important automation systems within the National Airspace System (NAS). These systems-including ERAMS, STARS, ATOP, MEARTS, and TFMS-are essential to the safety, reliability, and efficiency of air travel nationwide. In this role, you will collaborate directly with FAA stakeholders, engineers, and program teams to ensure requirements are accurate, traceable, and fully aligned with mission objectives. You'll also provide leadership to small teams, guiding analysts and engineers in building the next generation of air traffic automation capabilities. Target Salary Range $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
