Skilled ( >3 experience <15 years) Industrial Project Management Permanent Full - Time What You Can Expect The Interconnection Specialist, Advisor supports pre-construction development, engineering, and energy market activities for ENGIE North America's portfolio of utility-scale renewable projects across the U.S. As a key member of the Transmission & Interconnection team, you will contribute to grid interconnection efforts and broader renewable development initiatives aligned with the company's growth strategy. Additionally, the role provides Transmission & Interconnection insights for large load interconnections, including co-location and behind-the-meter configurations. What You Will Deliver:

 Compensation Salary Range: $113,900 - $174,570 USD annually This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
