Overview of this Position:

The Weigh and Dispense/Inventory Technician is responsible for performing weigh and dispense operations and inventory control activities to support GRAM's manufacturing schedule. Including, but not limited to, performing all dispense activities, dispensing exact weights or volumes from a bulk container by mechanical or manual means, inventory management, documentation, electronic transactions and sanitation/cleaning to maintain GMP environment. This role will include various warehouse duties, primarily inventory control activities such as cycle counting, when dispense operations are not required.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Current and valid state Driver's License.
  • Minimum one-year relevant experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or clean room environment.
  • Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain through training.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment DEA background check for DEA cage access and use.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience in a warehouse environment, processing orders, or inventory control.
  • Experience working with inventory systems.
  • General understanding of cGMP, FDA guidelines and multinational regulatory standards

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Perform all weigh and dispense activities in a timely and efficient manner to meet scheduled demand.
  • Maintain adequate consumable stock levels in both W&D booths.
  • Accurately document data and complete associated batch records as required per procedures and ALCOA requirements.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitization duties as instructed by the applicable procedure.
  • Assist in maintaining a warehouse that adheres to GMP regulations. This includes but is not limited to: operating a forklift or pallet jack, sanitization, labeling, and staging materials.
  • Perform routine and as needed cycle counts of inventory at all facilities.
  • Assist in inventory discrepancy investigations.
  • Various warehouse duties as assigned (including, but not limited to: shipping and receiving, material handling, order picking and packing).
