Overview:

* Lead, mentor, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
* Act as a clinical and administrative resource for staff.
* Assist with unit staffing deployment, ensuring adequate coverage for all inpatient care areas.
* Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
* Supervise the activities of clinical departments ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
* Assist with development and implementation of administrative policies to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
* Ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources to meet departmental and facility objectives.
* Address and resolve patient and family concerns services promptly and professionally.
* Foster a patient-centered approach in all interactions to enhance the overall patient experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate from a school of nursing
  • Experience: Three years of hospital nursing experience
  • Licensure: Current RN (Registered Nurse) License in the applicable state of practice
  • Certifications: BLS and ACLS before beginning first shift
  • Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Preferred Experience: Five years of hospital nursing experience
  • Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Ability to handle stressful situations and make sound decisions under pressure
    • Demonstrate critical thinking skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
