 Understand equipment and its useRead and understand blueprints and schematic drawingsSupervise shutdowns of selected utility systems to coordinate with maintenance and construction activitiesPerform service calls for occupants throughout the campusOversee trainees and mechanicsPerform daily inspections of utility systems in assigned areas of the campusRepair all A/C equipment, including absorption and reciprocating equipmentRepair BMS and pneumatic controlsPerform other job-related duties as required

 High School and Related Trade School diplomaA minimum of 8 years of related experienceNYC No. 6 Boiler Operator LicenseCFC Universal Refrigeration Certification is requiredA NYC Refrigeration Engineer's license is preferred
