Medical Receptionist Call Center Rockville MD Pay From: $19 Per Hour MUST: Medical Receptionist or Medical Call Center with 2+ years of medical office Comfortable working in a call center Experience working in a high volume multi-physician specialty practice Verifying insurance Scheduling appointments Processing referrals Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries Strong customer service support and communication skills Ability to triage phone calls Strong EMR documentation skills DUTIES: The duties of the medical office call center include but are not limited to the following: Answer a high volume of phone calls in a medical office call center Provide customer service support Verify insurance Schedule appointments Process referrals Verify and update patient information in EMR Provide personal attention and support to patients and assist with inquiries Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
