Tasks & Responsibilities:



  • Inventory Management




    • Create and manage inventory parameters at the SKU level to balance service level and inventory turn goals.
    • Analyze, calculate, and maintain inventory targets and strategies. Provide recommendations for inventory policies and stock levels.
    • Proactively identify, develop, and implement reporting and analytics to support the monitoring of inventory levels, shortages and other key reports to supply planning functions.
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to establish and maintain consistent, timely and accurate reporting of inventory throughout the network, including tracking of inventory levels for critical materials and components.
    • Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels
    • Works with local branch staff and operational leadership in training on customer SLA expectations.
    • Serves as a contact for assigned customers; possesses a thorough knowledge of assigned accounts and a clear understanding of how to meet the individualized needs of the customer.
    • Communicates verbally and written reporting of inventory management findings, deficiencies, and training needs.
    • Coordination and problem-solving for customer challenges.
    • Assist with inventory management, including review of aged inventory and related recommendations to avoid aged inventory.
    • Other related duties as assigned by management.




  • Manage Aged Inventory and produce actionable reports




    • Develop and provide to all sites to drive actions
    • Analyze & coordinate movement of aged materials
    • Communicate with teams to verify order status
    • Identify open orders daily - drive actions to close orders




Drive periodic Purge requests by the client

Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills




  • 4-year Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance or Business-related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 4+ years of experience in inventory control
  • Expert capability with Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable replenishment information to drive results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize in accordance with the challenges of a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong background in statistics and math/mathematical modeling, analytical and problem solving.
  • Ability to build departmental and cross-functional relationships in a team environment.
  • Strong customer service focus to support both internal and external initiatives.
