POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Information Management, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has an opportunity for a Project Manager in San Diego, CA.TheProject Manager will perform IPT Lead support functions for Reverse Engineering, Science and Technology for Obsolescence, Repair and Evaluation (RESTORE) Laboratory. This position to support the management and coordination of technical teams to perform site surveys, installations on shore sites and deliver design drawings. This includes coordinating with the sponsors for scheduling, receiving requirements and implementing them into site survey reports, Installation Drawing Packages (IDPs) and installations.



  • Interfaces with program contractors, vendors, and government representatives regarding the technical aspects of RESTORE program/projects.
  • Respond to Data Calls and Requests for Information for both RESTORE customer data requests as well as company internal bid and proposal efforts for both ongoing and new opportunity capture.
  • Provides problem resolution. Maintains team work schedule calendar. Responsible for supervision, accountability, schedule coordination and time tracking for the Team.
  • Monitor contract support and provide required monthly accomplishment reports detailing contract activities for Senior Management Analyst and administrative support.
  • Ensure compliance with company, customer and government security regulations and procedures.
  • Work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of presentation materials.
  • Provide operational, supervisory, management and administrative experience in the civilian and/or military environment.
  • Responsible for supervision, accountability, schedule coordination and time tracking for the Team.
  • Coordinates duties and activities with the Operations Manager .
  • Ensures project procedures and controls are followed and leads problem resolution efforts.


Payrate:$150,000 to $168,000 Annually

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • *** Active Secret Clearance Required ****
  • BS/BA degree. Management and(20) years of experience in business administration.
  • At least 15 years' experience, with at least 7 years of supervisory/lead experience required, including financial management and admin activities experience.
  • Must have experience supporting senior Navy and DoD leadership liaison operations.
  • Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis.
  • Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
  • Punctuality and attention to detail a must.
